Sungate Apartments were built in 2001. Our apartments are furnished with new: self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air conditioning, electric heat w/individual heat controls, washer/dryer hookups, walk-in closets and private patios with an attached storage unit.

We have one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments. Rent includes your water, sewer and garbage. The rent is prorated from the time you move in. We have a reasonable security deposit which we can prorate into your monthly rent fee. A screening fee is required to process your application.

We have a great bulk rate deal with the cable company. As an extra option you can purchase your cable through us. We also rent out new GE washer/dryer pairs. The rent is prorated from the time you move in.
